Chicken with White Wine Sauce

Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts 1/4 cup cooking oil 1/2 cup butter 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp rosemary 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 cup white wine

Details

In saucepan, heat oil, butter, seasonings and garlic until bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in white wine. Brush sauce on chicken. Grill at 300 fahrenheit for 10 - 15 minutes. Turn, baste with sauce and grill another 10 - 15 minutes or until done.
